Pleasant Mattress Set To Showcase Growing Bedding Brands With Grand Event | Featured in Sleep Retailer |

Independent mattress manufacturer Pleasant Mattress will host a Hollywood-style premiere this month to unveil its complete product offering to key retail partners. The two-day event will kick off with a VIP evening filled with a variety of festivities held in a movie production studio.

The venue for The Premiere 2017set for Feb. 27-28, is Big Door Studio in El Segundo, Calif., opening evening’s celebration will have all the elements of a movie premiere, including spotlights, drinks, heavy hors d’oeuvres, music, and of course, the guests of honor – an array of mattresses manufactured in the Pleasant Mattress’ Fresno, Calif., factory.

“This event will be something very special which will resonate with our partners and tell the story of Pleasant Mattress,” said Rion Morgenstern, President and CEO of Pleasant Mattress. “We’re proud of our history and excited about where Pleasant Mattress is headed this year. The Premiere 2017 by Pleasant Mattress will showcase the company’s extensive line of bedding brands, including its recently introduced MAXX line and the new NextNature brand, which will be debuted at the event. The company’s licensed brands will also be on display at the event at Big Door Studio, El Segundo, Calif.

A movie telling the history of Pleasant Mattress and setting the stage for the company’s future will kick of The Premiere for guests. A mixologist will be on hand serving up custom-made cocktails. Several artists, including Lauren Taylor, a watercolorist with whom Pleasant Mattress has a relationship and photographer Lauren Schumacher, will be at the event.
